1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlivo ("jlivo," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlivo website located at jlivo.org, including all subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and any related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of jlivo, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

jlivo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, jlivo will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Eligibility

To register for and use a jlivo account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jlivo strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documents may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other jurisdiction applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jlivo is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlivo or by any regulatory authority, that restricts your access to online gaming platforms.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jlivo, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless jlivo has provided explicit written consent.

jlivo reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of the jlivo Platform, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one jlivo account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlivo employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlivo login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jlivo will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify jlivo immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. jlivo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
• Account Verification (KYC): jlivo is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlivo are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jlivo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods may change from time to time at jlivo's discretion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jlivo account instantly. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash withdrawals are processed within five minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. jlivo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Transaction Fees: jlivo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, for which jlivo bears no responsibility.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published in the account settings section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted at jlivo's discretion.

jlivo reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds verification, or any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

5Bonuses & Promotions

jlivo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jlivo reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• jlivo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method – constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, jlivo's decision is final.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jlivo Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

jlivo uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. These RNGs are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by jlivo or any third party. Return to player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other error that affects the outcome of a game round, jlivo reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. jlivo's decision regarding the resolution of technical issues is final.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlivo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or applicable international regulations.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jlivo immediately.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward jlivo staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jlivo account.

8Responsible Gaming

jlivo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all accessible from the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders that alert them when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the jlivo Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of jlivo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of the Content or the Platform terminates the license granted herein and may constitute an infringement of jlivo's intellectual property rights.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlivo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

jlivo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlivo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlivo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11Privacy & Data

jlivo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlivo implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and jlivo cannot guarantee absolute security.

12Termination

jlivo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time.
• At jlivo's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, jlivo reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination without cause, jlivo will return any verified, withdrawable balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your jlivo account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jlivo, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jlivo's support team. jlivo will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jlivo from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
